How It Works

Getting a Land Check report is simple.

1. Send us the property link

Send through the land listing you’re looking at, along with any ideas you have for the block.

This could include a house, shed, pool, driveway, gardens, tanks, off-grid setup or anything else you’re considering.

2. Tell us what you want to build

You don’t need detailed plans.

A rough idea is enough. We use your goals to create a practical concept layout and visual guide for the property.

3. We review the block

We look at the property’s general layout, access, slope, nearby land values, setup requirements and possible hidden costs.

This may include things like septic, water tanks, driveway access, earthworks, power and site preparation.

4. You receive your report

You’ll receive a practical Land Check report with concept visuals, rough cost guidance and general next-step advice.

Reports are designed to help you better understand the block before you buy.

Important note

Land Check reports are conceptual and indicative only. They are general pre-purchase guidance and do not replace formal advice from council, builders, surveyors, engineers, planners, valuers or legal professionals.
